Here are some of the recipes we used for dinners during the Arbonne 30 Days to Healthy Living cleanse. They’re great options for anyone looking for tasty low to no carb meals. Most are Whole30 compliant and paleo compliant. Some can easily be adjusted for ketogenic diet folks too. For those not looking for “diet” food I can attest that these are great tasting simple recipes that are actually good for you, win win.
Chicken Pesto Paleo Spaghetti Squash (Whole30 compliant)
This was great, I used a pre-made pesto and had plenty left over that I used for a pizza later in the week with a cauliflower crust.
Garlic and Lemon Shrimp
This is one of my all time favorite recipes, we eat it a lot in the summer since it’s a perfect light lemony dish. Served with asparagus.
Balsamic Glazed Halibut
We had a ton of fish in the freezer that we needed to eat and obviously fish is a great lean protein.
Sloppy Joe Stuffed Sweet Potatoes (Paleo and Whole30 compliant)
This was really good! I’m not usually a huge sweet potato fan, I’m learning… but this was a great meal and the kids loved it too.
Turkey Ranch Meatloaf (Paleo and Whole30 compliant)
We made this without the ranch sauce and it was a bit dry so definitely do the ranch sauce!
Southwest Chicken Detox Soup
I’ve made this one many ways, usually with whatever veggies we have laying around. I’ve also made it vegetarian and it’s equally as good.
Deconstructed Paleo Burrito Bowls (Whole30 compliant)
We made this in a casserole version and it was excellent, kiddos loved it too!
This one is my recipe that’s actually a great freezer meal.
Mushroom Bisque (Paleo and Whole30 compliant)
I made this one with a variety of wild mushrooms and a little almond milk instead of heavy cream. I served this with a bacon and brussel sprout hash which is a yummy keto friendly dish perfect as a side or as a main dish if you add some other veggies in.
Philly Cheesesteak Lettuce Cups
This was a crowd pleaser, even the kids didn’t miss the usual hoagie roll.
Spaghetti Bolognese with Zoodles
Spaghetti is a staple at our house, I love me some pasta. This is a yummy healthier version that uses zoodles.
I used coconut flour and almond flour and the left over bolognese sauce to whip this up quickly. We skipped the cheese and served it with broccolini.
Paleo-Ish Chicken Cordon Bleu
We breaded these with coconut flour and almond flour which gave them a nice sweetness. Texture was still crunchy and I didn’t miss the traditional flour breading taste.
This was my first time tasting/using coconut aminos, I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t use any other sweetener or sauce for these. Also, a quick hack would be to use frozen meatballs. I served it with cauliflower fried rice.
